Shipping: In stock orders ship out 1-3 business days after placing your order. Shipping service is USPS and tracking information will be provided once order has been picked up by USPS. Pre-orders ships out 1-3 business days after arrival of product date listed in description. Please read pre-order descriptions to be caught up on estimated shipping times. Signature required for deliveres on all orders above $100.
Returns: No returns or exchanges are available, since these are cosmetic products once in your care we cannot return or exchange to limit product contamination.
Order Changes: You cannot change an order after 24 hour window has closed since purchasing. You also cannot change or cancel an order once shipping confirmation has been sent out. If weight flunctuates additional charges may occur to cover additional shipping costs.
Damaged Products:
In the event an order arrives damaged you have 24 hours to report damaged items along with pictures of damages items. Please send an email to admin@deeplyrootedpro.com with a description of damaged goods along with any additional pictures or videos. No refunds may be given but a new order will be shipped out on the next business day. In the event said order is out of stock you will have the option of a refund or waiting till the next restock date.
Stolen or Lost Items:
Deeply Rooted Salon Pro is not liable for any stolen or lost merchandise that has been in the possesion of USPS. In the event your package is lost or stolen in transit you will have to contact USPS for further instructions. Once your order has been picked up by USPS carriers we are no longer responsible and will not issue replacements or provide refunds.
Authorization Form:
An authorization form is required on extentsion orders (Both bundles and wigs) more than $500. If authorization form isnt filled out, filled out correctly, or appears to be fraudlent your order will be immediately canceled.
